Greenville, SC — Est. 2020
Homes and spaces crafted with intention, quality, and lasting appeal.
We are a boutique development studio based in Greenville, South Carolina, specializing in build-to-suit projects, renovations, design-build, commercial upfits, interior design, and micro masterplans.
Our work is rooted in the belief that great spaces don't happen by accident—they are carefully imagined, expertly built, and intentionally lived and worked in.
With backgrounds spanning construction, real estate, law, design, and entrepreneurship, our team brings a uniquely integrated approach to every project. From custom homes to commercial environments, we bridge vision and execution—delivering spaces that are both highly functional and distinctly modern.
Our design philosophy centers on simplicity, functionality, and sustainability. Every detail is considered. Every space is designed to adapt, endure, and elevate the experience of those who inhabit it.
We don't just build structures—we create environments that shape how people live and work.
The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence spans 1,500 square feet and is located just minutes from downtown, within walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Cleveland Park, and more.
The home features a beautiful open floor plan perfect for entertaining, complete with quartz countertops, black stainless appliances, and thoughtfully sourced high-end fixtures and hardware. An extra-long driveway accommodates multiple cars.

These four homes along Baywood Ave are a small infill development in Greenville's Arcadia Hills neighborhood. The 0.38-acre site had remained underutilized for years due to its irregular shape and challenging position between an institutional building and the interstate. As the builder, I worked closely with city planners to subdivide the parcel into four buildable lots that met frontage, setback, and zoning requirements while fitting the surrounding context.
Each home is approximately 1,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The design approach maximizes the narrow lots by creating a tighter street presence while incorporating front porches, rear porches, and single-car garages. The result is a compact, urban-feeling streetscape while maintaining the scale of detached single-family homes.
The homes use durable, cost-effective materials common to the area, elevated through thoughtful detailing and contemporary interior finishes, including open kitchens, tile flooring throughout the main level, and subtle architectural curves that soften the overall feel.
Mount Zion is a small infill development in Greenville's Overbrook neighborhood on a steep 0.52-acre site between a quiet residential street and Richland Creek. As the builder, I managed the subdivision of the property into four lots and coordinated the development strategy to work with the site's challenging topography while maintaining construction efficiency.
The four homes are approximately 1,750 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each residence shares the same core layout to streamline construction, with varied roof orientations that create four distinct facades. Large rear balconies extend toward the creek, taking advantage of the site's natural setting while adding outdoor living space.

Hilly House is a speculative single-family infill home located near downtown Greenville. The deep, narrow lot has significant slope and is surrounded by a wooded area, giving the property a more natural setting despite its proximity to the city center. As the builder, I managed the development and construction of the home to work with the site's topography while maximizing livability on a compact urban parcel.
The home is approximately 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is organized as two connected volumes that step with the slope of the lot. Elevated ceiling heights, a central stair separating living and dining spaces, and front and rear porches create a sense of openness while maintaining an efficient footprint. Brick detailing at the base of the home ties together the foundation, porches, and exterior elements.

This home was architecturally designed and is a true show stopper! Spanning approximately 1,500 square feet, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath property is minutes to downtown, Cleveland Park, and even has two walkable access points to the Swamp Rabbit Trail!
The home features a stunning open floor plan perfect for entertaining, with quartz countertops, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, beautifully tiled guest and primary showers, and thoughtfully sourced high-end fixtures and hardware. It is also prewired for an electric vehicle charging station, and an extra-long driveway allows for multiple cars.

The Mailroom Barber project was a commercial upfit that transformed an existing retail space into a modern neighborhood barbershop. As the builder, I managed the renovation process from demolition through final build-out, coordinating trades and construction details to deliver a functional and welcoming space for both barbers and clients.
The project focused on creating a clean, durable interior suited for daily service operations while maintaining a simple, character-driven aesthetic. The finished space balances efficiency with atmosphere, providing an open layout, custom workstations, and a comfortable environment that reflects the brand and culture of the shop.

Located in Greenville's historic Overbrook Historic District, this 2,400-square-foot urban infill home reflects Notre's approach to thoughtful neighborhood development — blending contemporary design with architectural elements that complement the surrounding character.
Originally conceived as a speculative build, the home was presold during construction, demonstrating strong demand for well-designed infill housing in established Greenville neighborhoods. The project features a mix of traditional masonry and modern detailing, arched openings, and carefully proportioned windows that bring natural light into the interior while reinforcing a timeless exterior presence.
Built on a tight urban lot, the design maximizes livability and functionality while maintaining a strong connection to the street and surrounding community.

This project involved converting a former garage apartment and a century-old barn into a functional live/work studio. The existing garage was renovated into a compact 785-square-foot residence, while the historic barn was adapted into a flexible studio space used for work, gatherings, and entertaining.
As the builder, I managed the renovation to preserve the character of the original structures while introducing clean, modern finishes and an efficient layout. The result is a minimal, light-filled space that balances contemporary living with the rustic qualities of the historic barn, creating a unique studio environment just outside Greenville's city center.
